Look Your Best
You can't expect to stay trim and toned if you spend every evening slobbing in front of the TV. If you're not happy with your appearance, get some exercise. Most gyms offer personalized training programs or if you want something less structured take your friends to the park and kick about a soccer ball.
Realize that what suited you as a teenager may not suit you now. If your hairstyle hasn't changed in twenty years, visit the best hairdresser you can afford and get yourself an upgrade. Similarly, if your clothes are drab and shapeless visit a personal shopper (many stores offer free services these days) and discover which styles and colors suit you best.
Pursue Your Goals
Alpha Males may appear to have success fall in their laps but in fact most of them work very hard to achieve their goals. But simply studying and schmoozing is not enough to guarantee success. You have to believe you deserve it.
